By providing the Prompt service delivery DCN has increased the satisfaction level of its customers. Out of all the facilities which I have received from DCN the best customer service is Manpower assistance. According to my point of view for providing better service DCN should provide License without any restrictions and there should be decrease in the rate of (KDM) VPC if there is decrease in number of audience in hall. In spite of this other all the facilities are satisfactory.

I am totally satisfied by the prompt service provided by DCN. If we have any problem the staffs    of DCN would arrive immediately to solve the matter which is very effective in order to develop    the customer- company relationship. I am well satisfied by the current services and facilities provided by DCN.
